Position Temporary Floor Helper
Description
Location: Los Angeles
Position: Full-Time, Temporary (Potential for Permanent Hire)
Compensation: $16.90 per hour
About this role
The Floor Helper supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with production tasks, keeping workflow moving, and helping ensure efficient, on-time production in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do

Aide in filling general Production needs on factory floor where necessary including:
-
Assembly
-
Trimming/QC
-
Glove turning
-
Labeling
-
Boxing and Shipping/Receiving
-
Leather cutting
-
Keep Work in Process (WIP) moving, and keeping staff functioning without delay between work bundles

Confer with lead on needs daily, as a group or individually to assess workload, understand issues, and monitor processes
-
Report findings, needs, and oversights to Sewing Lead.

Coordinate daily with manufacturing planning team to ensure adherence to output plan
Position Requirements
What you should bring to the table

Experience working in a garment manufacturing setting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical mobility – must be able to walk and lift up to 45lbs

Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
