Program Supervisor

Experience:Minimum Three years working with adults with emotional and behavioral challenges - need supervisory or leadership experience

Job Description

The Program Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of the residential group home goals and is responsible for coordinating care provided to the residents at the adult group home. Will be responsible for appropriate staffing, upkeep of the physical location, and fiscal management of the program. Will represent the program/agency in communications with referral sources and the community. Need MHRT1 provisional certification within ten days of employment and full certification within one year of employment. Must have or able to obtain CRMA certification within six months of employment.

Must have a valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000.

Annual Salary Range – $49,000 to $59,000
