Description: Admissions Coordinator – Fraser Villa | Fraser, MI (Full-Time)

Fraser Villa is seeking a compassionate and organized Admissions Coordinator to guide residents and families through the admissions process and serve as a welcoming ambassador for our community.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Every other weekend required

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and manage the resident admissions process from inquiry to move-in
  • Complete admissions paperwork in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Partner closely with clinical liaisons to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
  • Conduct community tours and provide information to prospective residents and families
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting residents, families, and visitors

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years' experience in the hospitality industry (admissions, concierge, receptionist, etc.)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Long-term care, healthcare admissions, or experience working with older adults preferred
