This role will support the safety team by being the main point of contact as it relates to traffic violations and new applicant drug testing information.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure Records are up to date and accurate

  • Answer calls and responds to emails from employees regarding safety issues and responds in a timely manner

  • Utilize a high sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information

  • Overall tasks may include areas such as maintaining driver file compliance, verifying previous employment, distribution of interdepartmental communication, storing and maintaining documents or other duties deemed necessary for the department.

Job Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and AS400

  • Detail oriented with a sense of urgency

  • Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
