Client Service Representative

VCA County West Animal Hospital is a 3-doctor practice located in Kankakee, IL providing high-quality veterinary care including preventive medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and client education.

We’re looking for a part-time Client Service Representative who has strong communication and computer skills, as well as the ability to maintain a steady work load in a fast paced, and sometimes high stress environment. Clear and consistent communication is essential in this role. Additional medical or veterinary knowledge is a strong plus. We’re excited to welcome someone who is passionate about helping others, is able to keep a positive and compassionate outlook, and brings fresh ideas to help move our hospital forward.

Schedule

This is a part-time position for up to 20 hours per week based operational needs.

Based upon experience- pay range is $15.50-17.50/hr
