The Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District is seeking probationary Speech Language Therapists or Speech Language Pathologists for multiple openings. Successful candidates will have experience with speech/language instruction in elementary, preschool, and special education settings, and a strong knowledge of speech and language developmental milestones. The role involves co-instruction, working with diverse learning styles, and supporting skills-based reading and writing programs.

Key focus areas include Provide speech/language instruction in elementary and/or preschool/Universal Pre‑Kindergarten settings, Deliver speech/language instruction in special education settings, and Co‑instruct/co‑teach young learners alongside general or special education teachers.

Successful candidates bring Medicaid Reimbursement Experience, Speech Therapy Certification, and Fingerprint Clearance. Important skills include Support Skills-Based Program Of Reading Instruction, Support Team-Learning Classroom Setting, and Work In Team-Learning Classroom Setting. Preferred (not required): Speech/Language Instruction In Elementary Setting, Co-Instruct/Co-Teach Young Learners, Knowledge Of Speech And Language Developmental Milestones, and Phonemic Awareness Skills.
