We're seeking an experienced psychologist coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in psychology. This role includes teaching core clinical skills in patient care, mental health assessment, therapy techniques, and treatment planning, as well as guiding students through certification requirements needed to practice. Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy to help psychologists land the right role and grow their professional network. Ideal candidates have professional experience as a psychologist, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics alike. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
