Job Duties
CNC Machine Operator, Setup, or Programmers
1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
2nd shift 4:30pm-2:30am Monday-Thursday
Weekend 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am Friday-Sunday (work 36 paid for 40hrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines to produce precision components.
Perform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop travelers, and work instructions.
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
Monitor machine performance and make corrections to maintain quality and efficiency.
Complete basic or advanced G‑code edits/programming depending on skill level.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
