Full job description

  1. Job purpose

Receive, inspect, check and complete Quality Assurance forms for incoming materials, parts and components.

  1. Duties and responsibilities

  2. Receive and sign for deliveries.

  3. Compare purchase orders with packing lists and invoices on incoming deliveries.

  4. Maintain and enter all receiving data in the NetSuite system, recording every receipt number on every packing list and invoice.

  5. Work closely with QA Inspector to ensure goods are returned in a timely manner to be stocked in inventory.

  6. Work with purchasing department for returns of incorrect or damaged deliveries.

  7. Work with Quality Assurance/Regulatory, Device, Materials and Sundries departments regarding product nonconformance issues for Vendor Returns.

  8. Follow up with suppliers and obtain proof of delivery for all drop shipments.

  9. Maintain all incoming SDS sheets, ensuring they are current and stored in the master book; forward revised copies to appropriate departments.

  10. Meet with Supervisor weekly to discuss any outstanding issues.

  11. Work and support the receiving and warehouse personnel on a daily basis.

  12. Coordinate all breaks and time off with other department personnel.

  13. Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  1. High school diploma or GED required.

  2. Two years minimum experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Reasoning Ability:

Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness ensuring quality of work.

Computer Skills:

  1. NetSuite

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Must be able to move and lift parts up to 50 lbs. Prolonged periods of standing and physical activity.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
