We are seeking anOccupational Therapist (PT or Independent Contractor) to join our Clinical Services Team based primarily in Carmel, NY.
TheOccupational Therapistwill serve as a member of the clinic team and will provide evaluations and appropriate intervention within their scope of practice.
The Arc Mid-Hudson, one of the largest employers in the Hudson Valley, including Ulster, Greene and Putnam counties, is seeking an enthusiastic clinician that will serve as a support to multiple residential and day habilitation programs within our agency.
HOURS: 16 to 24 hours per week (2 to 3 days)
STARTING SALARY: $ 44.94 to $ 52.36 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy & licensed by NYS Department of Education

Willingness to travel to the Agency's satellite sites

Experience providing support to people with disabilities is a plus

Experience with documentation in an Electronic Health Record preferred
