Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Tool and Die Tech to join their team. As a Tool and Die Tech, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tool and Die Tech

Location: Logansport, IN

Pay Range: $78000 - $81000

Shift:

What's the Job?

  • Design, build, and maintain tools, dies, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes

  • Inspect and troubleshoot tooling issues to ensure optimal performance

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tooling designs and processes

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tooling equipment

  • Document work procedures and maintenance activities accurately

What's Needed?

  • Relevant credentials such as 100038, 100006

  • Proven experience in tool and die making or related fields

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
