Salary Range $19.26 - $19.26 Hourly

Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Assembler to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform a variety of assembly and machine operation tasks, including mechanical assembly, sensor assembly, and operation of automated and semi-automated equipment such as laser marking and laser welding systems. The ideal candidate is committed to quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical fitting assembly operations, including wire cutting, stripping, fitting assembly, and torque application for standard and customized fitting configurations.

Assemble sensor components and catalog sensor termination styles, including PJs and termination heads.

Operate automatic and semi-automatic production equipment, including laser marking and laser welding machines.

Read and follow manufacturing work instructions, process documentation, and basic engineering drawings.

Conduct basic electrical testing, including insulation resistance, continuity, and polarity checks.

Perform inspections using common measuring tools such as rulers and calipers.

Follow all company policies, plant procedures, and safety requirements.

Basic understanding of mathematics, including addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals.

Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions and basic engineering drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Must be able to pass a visual acuity (vision) test.

Ability to lift and handle up to 40 pounds.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

Ability to move between multiple work areas as production demands require.
