Full job description

Preschool Teacher (Full-Time)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Want to make a lasting difference in a young child's life? Become a Preschool Teacher at the Stateline Family YMCA! In this role, you'll lead a dynamic classroom environment designed to nurture the potential of every child through early learning and social development.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing daily age-appropriate curriculum, supervising classroom activities to ensure child safety, and facilitating ongoing observations and child evaluations. As a teacher, you will build positive, authentic relationships with families, conduct parent conferences, and uphold YMCA values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
