Job Description
CRM Manager (Secaucus, NJ) – Design, develop, and optimize CRM database system and application software, using Multi-year data integration, ETL frameworks/data models, AWS, Saleforce Marketing Cloud, Data Warehousing; Analyze, design, and integrate data model changes within CRM software landscape using Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, Informatica PowerCenter; Design data architecture solution and develop new functional features to the existing information management software structure and CRM platform; Create technical documentation for all aspects of data models for business and technical requirements; Optimize systemic solutions for data hygiene, analytics, and segmentation; Identify and fix data management software issues and risks; Develop best practices and standards for enterprise data integration with CRM database. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering plus 3 years in job offered or as Data Integration Engineer. Require skills and knowledge in Multi-year data integration, ETL frameworks/data models, AWS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Warehousing, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, Informatica PowerCenter.
