Job Description:
Place and verify supply orders with vendors, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery; process invoices according to Finance department protocols. Create and manage requisition templates and purchasing records to streamline procurement workflows and maintain organized documentation. Inspect and remove recalled products promptly, replace stock as needed, and perform safety and refrigerator inspections to uphold food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate and communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve supply issues, report discrepancies, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including emergency stock, by conducting regular audits and participating in annual physical inventory to support operational readiness. Other duties as assigned.
Preferences/Requirements
- Food Safety Handler Certificate preferred or as required by state
- Food Safety Manager Certificate preferred or as required by state
Licenses and Certifications:
- Food Handler Certificate (FHC) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$19.58 - $31.32
