The Opportunity

As an Adobe Transformation – Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will focus on utilizing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role, you will be part of a team that focuses on leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions. You will utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while upholding professional and technical standards. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making

  • Utilizing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Marketo, AEM Assets, and/or Workfront

  • Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others

  • Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

  • Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes

  • Embracing ambiguity and using it as an opportunity for growth

  • Responding effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others

  • Using a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems

  • Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations

  • Upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards within client engagements

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree

  • At least 3 plus years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance

  • At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)

  • Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to drive insights

  • Developing complex data models and predictive analytics

  • Leveraging machine learning algorithms for business solutions

  • Excelling in client relationship management and communication

  • Demonstrating proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
