Job Duties
Deburring
Key Responsibilities
Deburr and finish metal parts using hand tools, grinders, sanders, and other finishing equipment
Inspect parts for defects, rough edges, and quality issues
Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
Communicate with team members and supervisors about part quality or production concerns
Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma
Minimum Experience Required
Qualifications
Previous deburring, metal finishing, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to use hand tools and basic inspection tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
