Administrative Assistant I (P1)
Location: Pittsburg, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant I to support daily office operations and provide exceptional service to customers and internal teams. This role combines administrative, customer service, and operational support responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage customer phone calls and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Provide front desk support, greet visitors, and maintain a welcoming office environment.

Process customer orders, quotes, invoices, and service requests.

Enter and maintain customer and vendor information in company systems, including SAP.

Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable inquiries.

Coordinate mail, shipments, office supplies, and inventory.
-
Communicate with internal teams to provide customer updates and resolve issues.

Support departmental projects, process improvements, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-
2+ years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
-
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
-
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
