A client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Scheduler to sit fully onsite in Middle River, MD. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and maintaining integrated schedules across 12–15 concurrent manufacturing and capital projects while serving as a central point of coordination between all business units. This individual must possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple business units, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide clear schedule visibility, risk assessments, and executive-level reporting to support on-time project delivery.

Compensation:

$30/hr to $35/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Skills and Requirements

4 years of project scheduling

o Plus if it is in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, automotive, or production environment

Experience utilizing Microsoft Projects or similar scheduling software such as ProCore, Oracle Primavera
Experience managing schedules across 15+ concurrent projects
Ability to develop and maintain integrated project schedules
Experience managing project interdependencies and milestone alignment
Ability to forecast schedule risks and develop recovery plans
Ability to communicate effectively with different business units
