Job Description:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm and the location can be either Glendale Heights or Bolingbrook.

Maintains proficiency in all Tech IV functions and provides coverage in any core or advanced pharmacy practice areas as needed to address staff shortages, support program and service performance, and assure achievement of strategic goals across patient care areas serviced by the pharmacy team.

Other duties as assigned.

Executes expert-level pharmacy technician duties with mastery across all core and advanced workflows.

Serves as the recognized subject matter expert in a designated specialty area, such as ADC systems, cleanroom/compounding, diversion prevention, informatics, investigational drugs, or medication history, based on organizational need and individual expertise.

Resolves complex issues and provides technical support related to the specialty area. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
