Tax Manager | Hybrid | SE Portland, OR

Are you a tax professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and making an impact across a growing organization? We're seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, planning, and reporting efforts while partnering closely with Finance leadership to support strategic business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance, filings, and reporting

  • Lead Sales & Use Tax, SALT, property tax, payroll tax, and other business tax activities

  • Prepare and review tax provisions, reconciliations, journal entries, and disclosures

  • Partner with Finance and Accounting on tax planning strategies and risk mitigation

  • Manage tax audits, regulatory inquiries, and external advisor relationships

  • Monitor tax law changes and advise leadership on business impact

  • Improve tax processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency

  • Support organizational growth initiatives, acquisitions, and new market expansion

What We're Looking For

✅ 5+ years of corporate and/or public tax experience

✅ Strong SALT and Sales & Use Tax expertise

✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field

✅ Solid understanding of US GAAP and tax accounting principles

✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Clackamas, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.

Workplace Type

This is a hybrid position in Clackamas,OR.
