Lead configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of switches, wireless infrastructure, and related network technologies.

Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity while identifying opportunities for improvement and modernization.

Troubleshoot complex network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.

Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, hardware refreshes, lifecycle replacements, and infrastructure modernization projects.

Develop and enforce network security standards, segmentation strategies, and access controls.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, server, application, operations, and business teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.

Create and maintain network diagrams, architecture documentation, implementation plans, operational procedures, and configuration standards.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and escalation support to engineers, support teams, and site personnel.

Participate in change management, incident response, disaster recovery planning, and support for critical network services.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to leadership on network strategy, infrastructure health, and future-state planning.
