Job Description 1、负责电商平台支付相关功能的设计与优化，包括交易及付款流程闭环并提升体验； 2、需具备基础的支付产品能力，熟悉东南亚各国基本支付产品形态，并可以提出优化的产品策略； 3、独立完成产品需求文档（PRD）撰写，并推动开发、测试及上线； 4、与开发、运营等团队高效协作，确保产品按时落地并达成目标； 5、分析用户行为及市场趋势，挖掘产品改进点，提出创新方案。 Job Requirements 1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商行业产品经理经验； 2、熟悉东南亚各国的支付形态，有电商平台支付收银台产品经验优先； 3、具备良好的数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动产品决策； 4、沟通协调能力强，具备团队合作精神及抗压能力； 5、工作态度积极主动，具备创新意识优先。
