Registered Nurse RN PRN Evenings Emergency Department

Work hours: PRN Evenings (as needed)

Texas Health Azle is a 36-bed, community-based hospital serving the tri-county area since the 1950s. We provide exceptional care to the suburban areas of Azle, Lake Worth, Springtown and surrounding areas.

We're accredited through The Joint Commission for disease specific care of Chest Pain patients and we are accredited through the Texas Department of Health & Human Services as a Level IV Support Stroke facility, a Level IV Trauma Center and a Pathways to Excellence-designated hospital. We specialize in outpatient surgery, rehabilitative physical and hand therapy, and advanced imaging like mammography and CT scanning. We are a top choice in North Texas for emergency services, radiology services, rehabilitation and much more.

Education

Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or

Associate's Degree Nursing Req Or

Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref

Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req

Experience

1 Year experience as a Registered Nurse Req

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req And

CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req And

PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days Req And

TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course 12 Months Req

Skills
