What you'll do:
The Maintenance Technician I is an entry level position responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities. This role supports overall operational reliability by maintaining systems, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facility systems

Inspect equipment and identify issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational problems and implement effective solutions
-
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate service records
-
Interpret manuals, drawings, and technical documents to support maintenance activities
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance and efficiency
-
Follow all safety policies and procedures
-
Perform additional duties as needed
What you'll bring:

Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Ability to work in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Ability to lift moderate to heavy materials as required (least 50 lbs)

Ability to potentially work extended hours or weekends based on business needs

Must own and maintain a basic set of hand tools required to perform routine maintenance tasks

Exposure to equipment, machinery, and varying environmental conditions
