Marshfield Medical Center – Eau Claire is seeking a BC Orthopedic Surgeon who is fellowship-trained in Spine Surgery to join our well-established team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Our team of orthopedic colleagues throughout our system of care includes Fellowship-trained Spine, Hand, Foot & Ankle, Sports Medicine, Shoulder Elbow, Pediatrics and Total Joint Specialists.

Competitive Compensation Package includes:

• Compensation floor of $880,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs

• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
