Required Education/Experience

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited Law School and a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience.

Relevant Work Experience

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Currently Admitted and in good standing to practice in NYS is required.

  • Proven leader of attorneys driving performance through clear feedback, change leadership, accountability, and continuous skill development, required.

  • Strategic thinker with sharp case analysis instincts, exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, and a creative, self starting approach to complex litigation challenges, required.

  • Expert in litigation operations valuing cases, setting reserves, leveraging metrics and reporting, and championing technology to elevate efficiency and results, required.

  • Influential cross functional collaborator with a track record of process innovation, bar leadership engagement, and seamless partnership across legal, business, and executive teams, required.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Driver's License Required

  • Other: License to practice law in New York Required

Additional Physical Demands

  • The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
