Job Description:
Reports to the Director of Recruitment to review enrollment trends and manage targeted recruiting efforts. Maintains and updates the communication auto process in the CRM for prospective students and provides input for applicants. Analyzes marketing and recruiting efforts to assist in future planning with the Director of Recruitment. Attends meetings, seminars, and workshops as requested. Coordinates event planning for Open Houses, Info Sessions, and group visits that support recruitment efforts. Supports campus tours whenever available. Other duties as assigned. Shares updates and trends pertinent to admissions with the Director. Travels within a designated territory to build relationships with prospective students, college and high school guidance counselors. Communicates and explains the admission process through face-to-face or virtual interactions, maintaining accessibility for questions and concerns. Represents the organization at college fairs, high school visits, and other off-campus events, making presentations to various audiences. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Education Cloud [Preferred]

Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) knowledge and experience [Preferred]
Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
- in Business, Education, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
Work Experience:

1+ of higher education recruitment or admissions experience [Preferred]

Seventh Day Adventist higher education recruiting experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$41,096.13 - $76,427.64 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
