Job Duties
What You’ll Do as an Assembly Technician:
Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and equipment according to work instructions
Build entry-level products to meet quality, efficiency, and customer standards
Communicate with team members regarding order priorities, quality issues, and inventory
Participate in process improvements and maintain safety practices
Maintain accurate records and transactions in the ERP system
Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient

What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Technician Role:
1 year of relevant work experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency
Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
