Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other business management related degree; (OR) equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.

At least 5 years of project cost controls experience.

Experience with Project Controls Tools: EcoSys, Oracle, Microsoft Excel.

Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues.

Specific experience in tracking actual costs, commitments, and accruals in cost systems.

Support updates to Estimate at Completion and Cash Flow Forecasts.

Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.
Ideally, you’ll also have

MS Office skills to include Excel.

Intermediate skills with My Payables, Unifier, IPCS, and Polaris, plus other proprietary system tools.

Cost estimating experience.
