• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other business management related degree; (OR) equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.

• At least 5 years of project cost controls experience.

• Experience with Project Controls Tools: EcoSys, Oracle, Microsoft Excel.

• Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues.

• Specific experience in tracking actual costs, commitments, and accruals in cost systems.

• Support updates to Estimate at Completion and Cash Flow Forecasts.

• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• MS Office skills to include Excel.

• Intermediate skills with My Payables, Unifier, IPCS, and Polaris, plus other proprietary system tools.

• Cost estimating experience.
