Description
We are looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will handle a variety of financial and accounting tasks to support high net-worth clients. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to key financial operations.
Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee accounting tasks to accurately report on the financial status of ultra-high net-worth clients.

Handle accounts payable functions, including vendor coordination, invoice processing, and wire preparation for approval.

Develop and maintain cash flow plans, budgets, and forecasts for clients.
-
Generate timely and precise financial reports and analyses.
-
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and manage special projects as needed.

Administer payroll processes for client households.

Build and nurture collaborative relationships with internal service team members.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain high levels of confidentialit
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.

1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable roles, preferably in financial services or family office settings.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Self-motivated, analytical, and adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow.
