Key Responsibilities:
- Business systems - Lead end to end implementation business applications including SAP, DMS, Website, CRM. Define sprints.
- Maintain process documentation. Plan projects to minimize manual process and maximize digital process.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timelines
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implementing mitigation plan
- Coordinate with Business stakeholders. Able to effectively run CFTs meeting.
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in program management.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex projects into clear operational tasks.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Agility: Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, capable of pivoting strategies quickly when market or business needs change.
