NOW HIRING: Bilingual Janitorial Unit Manager (Supervisor)

📍 Waukesha County Area

💰 Starting Pay: $23–$25/hour (Based on Experience), Including paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Occasional weekends

Environment Control is seeking an experienced Bilingual Janitorial Unit Manager to oversee cleaning operations, support employees, and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the Waukesha County area.

✔ Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

✔ Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry or related field

✔ Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record

✔ Reliable vehicle and transportation

✔ Criminal background check required

✔ Drug testing required

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred

✔ Commercial janitorial management experience

✔ Experience training and supervising employees

Physical Requirements

This is an active position requiring:

  • Standing and walking for extended periods

  • Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching

  • Lifting up to 50 pounds

  • Working directly alongside employees during training and support activities
