Full job description
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Component and assembled part layout in accordance to drawing
-
Finished goods audit
-
Line Romer for quality concerns
-
Support / Engage of deviations
-
Support Calibration system (inspection, test equipment, functional gages)
-
Complete capability studies on critical, major and minor characteristics
-
Program development in PPAP principles and practices
-
Document & record data collected on inspection forms legibly
-
Promote quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations
-
Assist with Housekeeping in NCM area
-
Support Operations with NCMR process, inspect parts
-
Follow ITAR processes when appropriate
-
Assist NCM area with material handling, inventory, non-standard jobs etc.

Perform other duties as directed by Manager
Hours will be 3:15 pm-1:45 am
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years' experience working in a similar position is preferred
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Quality plans and controls knowledge

Must have the ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds
