Clinical Specialist - Seattle Portland

Location: Seattle OR / Portland WA

Are you a Wound Care Certified Nurse or Physical Therapist ready to take your expertise beyond the bedside?

We’re seeking a Wound Care Certified Clinical Specialist who is bold in sharing expertise, leads with passion when educating others, and embraces partnership with clinicians to improve care. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our sales organization, supporting clinicians and Territory Managers across a multi-state region. You’ll travel throughout your territory to deliver education, lead in‑services, elevate clinical practice, and champion advanced wound care solutions — all while helping drive meaningful change in healthcare.

What You’ll Do

  • Advance the Clinical Sales Strategy by partnering with Strategic Accounts, Area Sales Managers, and Territory Sales Managers to support key targets and optimize patient outcomes.

  • Deliver clinical education through in‑services, hands‑on product demonstrations, peer‑to‑peer sessions, workshops, and regional training events.

  • Present with confidence — serving as the clinical face of the organization for customers, internal teams, and professional associations.

  • Develop high‑quality educational tools and content that strengthen clinical understanding and product utilization.

  • Support sales execution by providing real‑time clinical expertise, validating proper product application, and helping drive adoption in priority accounts.

  • Onboard and mentor new Territory Sales Managers, while providing ongoing clinical development for tenured team members.

  • Identify and build relationships with clinical advocates, KOLs, and potential research partners within wound care.

  • Actively represent the organization within key wound care associations and professional communities.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development to align on messaging, strategy, and clinical programs.

  • Travel across the territory to meet the needs of customers and internal partners.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is 120,000-$140,000 and includes annual bonus and a car reimbursement plan. Offers of employment consider various factors, including experience, education, location, and role-specific requirements.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or a related specialty required; Master’s Degree preferred.

  • CWOCN®, CWON®, CWCN® (WOCN® board certification) or CWS® (ABWM® board certification) Clinician is required prior to employment

  • Approximately 5 -7 years progressively responsible, work related experience in nursing

  • Comprehensive knowledge of wound care industry; Strong industry & clinical network preferred

  • Experience in presenting to large and small groups

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required credentialing to perform job

  • Comfortable with overnight travel; Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
