Job Description
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT divestiture and separation initiatives, ensuring
alignment across business and technology workstreams.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans covering data migration, network migration, cloud
infrastructure, application migration, identity management, and cutover activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, infrastructure, cloud,
cybersecurity, application owners, vendors, and migration partners.
- Drive migration readiness, dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and
executive decision-making.
- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity, validation, compliance, and successful
transition of regulated and business-critical information.
- Manage infrastructure and network separation activities, including connectivity, firewall, access,
and site migration planning.
- Coordinate cloud migration efforts, ensuring environment readiness, application hosting support,
and successful deployment of workloads.
- Facilitate business readiness activities, including testing, validation, user acceptance testing
(UAT), training, documentation, and production release planning.
- Provide executive-level reporting, governance, budget tracking, resource planning, and
stakeholder communications.
- Lead cutover planning, execution, and post-migration stabilization to minimize business disruption
and ensure successful transition to the target environment.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of project or program management experience.
-
5+ years leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives.

Proven experience leading one or more:
o Divestitures
o Business Separations
o Mergers & Acquisitions Integrations
- Demonstrated experience managing:
o Data Migration Programs
o Network Migration & Infrastructure Separation
o Cloud Infrastructure Migration (AWS preferred)
o Application Migration & Modernization Initiatives
- Experience managing global, cross-functional teams and external vendors.
