As the Life Enhancement Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Planning and executing the activities, and making up the calendars for the residents and staff

Responsible for regulatory compliance by performing appropriate record keeping and charting along with the case manager.

Facilitates personal interests and social activities for residents, including creating a diversity of opportunities for meaningful pursuits, daily pleasures, recreation, exercise, friendships, educational, social interaction, growth and learning, fun and enjoyment, personal routines and household rituals.

Organizes the transportation of residents within facility, from one area to other designated areas where activities occur, including bus trips. May recruit the assistance of others: facility staff, volunteers, etc. to aid in this manner of transportation.

Maintains leisure enrichment equipment and supplies by working within a budget as outlined for Activity Services. Maintains an adequate record of expenditures and report any expenditures to the fiscal department.

Ensures that group activities are scheduled at a time that would provide for maximum involvement by interested residents. This may include evenings and weekends.
Life Enhancement Coordinator Minimum Salary: $ 21.50
Life Enhancement Coordinator Maximum Salary: $ 21.50
Life Enhancement Coordinator Schedule: Weekends, Hours may vary.(25 hours per week)
Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

1 - 3 years of experience working with a diverse population

VALID Driver's License, proof of current car registration and insurance, and access to a reliable, working vehicle
