Job Title: Material Handler Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler on our weekend shift, where you will work across various departments in our warehouse. This role requires flexibility as not all tasks will involve forklift operations. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items from a pick sheet.

• Utilize an RF scanner for inventory management.

• Build pallets and break down boxes for efficient storage.

• Operate pallet jacks throughout the warehouse.

• Drive reach trucks, stand-ups, sit-downs, and tuggers.

• Load and unload trucks using lifts or manually with pallet jacks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in a warehouse environment.

• Flexibility to work in different departments daily.

• Proficiency in warehouse production, picking, packing, and material handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of forklift experience.

• Ability to cross-train with production.

• Computer literacy is a plus.

Work Environment

Our warehouse operates on a fast-paced second shift from 3:30 pm to 1:30 am. Despite the pace, the environment is clean and well-organized, ensuring a productive and safe workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
