MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Logistics Planner to join our team in Oahu Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leads the technical execution of logistics planning studies and validates the accuracy of sustainment data for enterprise-level management review.

  • Coordinates the systematic investigation of planning discrepancies and lead the development of technical root cause analyses for distribution gaps.

  • Monitor planning performance against established industry benchmarks and validate the implementation of improved logistics procedures.

  • Executes strategic logistics planning oversight for mission execution and sustainment activities throughout the regional operational theater and conducts detailed coordination for logistics services and theater movement control between industry, Mission Partners, and other major military commands.

  • Validate the technical accuracy of logistics Maneuver Reports and lead field-level assessments of theater distribution, resource utilization, and planning synchronization with joint, component, and expeditionary command elements.

  • Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure all planning activities meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards for predictive sustainment.

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

  • Experience in formal logistics oversight and leading technical root cause analysis for sustainment disruptions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree

  • Experience with DoW logistics planning tools (e.g., JOPES or SMS).

  • Knowledge of USSOCOM expeditionary logistics and joint theater distribution systems.

  • Proficiency in Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD) development and analysis.

Clearance Required:

  • Must hold an active Top Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700.00-$239,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
