A leading provider of long-term care and rehabilitation services, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the residents, who is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, looking for a dynamic Admissions/ Marketing Coordinator to join the team, work with the local community health providers with the acceptance and coordination of patient referrals to admissions.

Job Description:

Seeking an organized, customer- service and results-oriented person to oversee the marketing and admissions coordinator for the facility. The ideal candidate will have some experience with healthcare marketing, and insurances, and public relations.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to drive referrals and admissions.

  • · Responsible for coordination of referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the long-term care or nursing home industry.

  • Experience working with insurances is preferred. (1 year)

  • Strong network of relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and referral sources in local community is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
