Job Description
Day-to-Day:
-
oversee the project until the end of construction (2027), and move into more of an operations, maintenance or facilities management role
-
Conduct regular site walks to monitor construction progress and site conditions
-
Review and track 4-week look-ahead schedules
-
Monitor planned activities and progress against project milestones
-
Coordinate with quality and safety teams to identify and resolve project impacts
-
Conduct independent site observations and support safety audits
-
Track project metrics, schedule performance, and construction progress
-
Participate in owner, architect, and General Contractor coordination meetings
-
Review change orders and assess schedule impacts
-
Document meeting agendas, notes, action items, and project updates
-
Coordinate with project team members to ensure schedule and scope alignment
-
Support environmental, safety, and compliance reviews
-
Review construction drawings and project documentation within Autodesk Construction Cloud
-
Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to identify project risks and schedule concerns
-
Provide owner-side visibility into project performance, execution, and upcoming work activities

Skills and Requirements
Must-Haves:
-
10+ years of construction experience in a civil, or large-scale industrial environment
-
3-5 years of experience in Construction Management, Project Management, and/or as an Owner's Representative
-
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
-
Experience reviewing construction schedules, reading blueprints, and tracking project progress
-
Experience working with a construction management software
-
Familiarity with change order management and construction documentation
-
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple project stakeholders
-
Ability to work onsite within a large active construction environment
-
Experience with Industrial equipment installation
-
Bluebeam experience Plusses:
-
Autodesk Construction Cloud experience
-
Manufacturing facility construction experience
-
Metals or heavy industrial project experience
-
Industrial equipment installation experience
-
SharePoint experience
-
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction experience

Strong General Contractor collaboration experience
