Full job description
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists who take pride in precision, safety, and producing quality parts right the first time. If you're experienced, dependable, and ready to join a stable, growing machine shop, we want to talk to you.
Sign-On Bonus
Up to
$3,000 for experienced machinists (paid in installments based on experience and tenure).
Position Summary
This position is responsible for the
safe and efficient operation of CNC machines and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The CNC Machinist will produce precision metal components by performing operations such as cutting, drilling, milling, boring, and broaching according to work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
What You'll Do

Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision components

Check dimensions and materials to ensure finished parts meet specifications

Monitor machine feeds and speeds during machining process

Perform secondary operations as required

Maintain accurate production paperwork

Use consumable tooling responsibly

Communicate machine or quality concerns to Lead or Set-Up Machinist

Follow all safety procedures, including required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, machine guards)
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications

Basic understanding of CNC machine operations

Ability to read blueprints and measure parts accurately

Professional communication with supervisors and teammates
Preferred Qualifications

Experience reading and understanding G-Code

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

Good judgment in process decisions
Physical Requirements

Manufacturing environment

Ability to lift and handle materials up to 70 lbs

Must wear required PPE
