Schedule: PRN Shift: Day-Weekend (United States of America) Address: 4200 SUN N LAKE BLVD City: SEBRING State: Florida Postal Code: 33872 Job Description:

• Prepare and assemble hot and cold food items, including beverages, following standardized recipes and production requirements to ensure quality and consistency.
• Stock, rotate, and sanitize nursing pantries and bulk nourishments, maintaining accurate inventory records and billing documentation.
• Serve meals on tray lines, record food temperatures, and deliver trays to patients using proper identification protocols and isolation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, floors, and equipment, using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to required concentrations.
• Operate dishroom equipment and café registers, process transactions accurately, and monitor sanitation logs and temperature records, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Able to communicate in English [Required]
• Knowledge of HAACP standards [Preferred]
• Food safety and sanitation [Preferred]
• Food preparation [Preferred]
• Dish machine and possibly other minor kitchen equipment [Preferred]

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 1+ food service experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$15.31 - $24.49 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
