Early Career Talent Program — Interns & New Grads Plexis is building the execution layer for healthcare AI — infrastructure that connects healthcare systems in hospitals through secure, reliable, AI-native workflows.

We’re looking for curious and ambitious interns, new graduates, and early-career candidates who want to grow while working on meaningful technical and product problems in healthcare infrastructure.

This is a broad early-career opportunity for students and recent graduates interested in engineering, data, AI infrastructure, or product-oriented technical work. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams, contribute to real systems, and learn how modern healthcare infrastructure is built.

Depending on your background and interests, you may contribute to areas such as:

  • Platform Engineering

  • AI Infrastructure

  • Data Science

  • Healthcare Product & Infrastructure

  • Backend Systems & APIs

  • Workflow Automation & Orchestration

  • Developer Tooling & Internal Platforms

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong technical fundamentals

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly

  • Clear communication and attention to detail

  • Interest in AI, infrastructure, healthcare, data, or systems engineering

  • Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Python, TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, Go, or similar languages

  • Exposure to backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, or AI/ML projects
