Executive Home Care of Manassas is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional On-Call Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors and adults who wish to remain safely in the comfort of their own homes. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy making a meaningful difference in someone’s life, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

  • Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)

  • Meal planning and meal preparation

  • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Medication reminders

  • Transportation to doctor’s appointments and errands

  • Grocery shopping

  • Companionship and social engagement

  • Monitor client safety and report any concerns

  • Document care provided according to company policy

Qualifications:

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred (PCA, CNA, HHA, or equivalent)

  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
