Electrical Assembler
💲 Pay: $19.00/hour
🕒 Shift: First shift with a rotating schedule with a mix of 4-day and 5-day work weeks

What You'll Do

Assemble electrical and mechanical components used in aircraft lighting and safety systems

Read and follow work orders, blueprints, schematics, and production drawings

Perform soldering and precision assembly using hand tools

Operate basic assembly equipment and machinery

Inspect and handle small components with accuracy and attention to detail

Follow written and verbal instructions to meet production and quality standards

Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and escalate concerns when necessary

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Work independently while supporting overall team production goals

Follow all safety, quality, and static-control procedures
What We're Looking For

Experience with electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and work instructions

Soldering experience and familiarity with hand tools

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

High School Diploma or GED

Comfortable working with small, delicate electronic components

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining quality standards

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Aurora, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.50/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
