Cleanup Crew – Keep Operations Running Smoothly!
Pay Rate: $20.81 per hour
Schedule: Weekends + 2 Weekdays
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring Cleanup Crew members for our client in Ashland, Maine! These roles offer a fast-paced, adaptive work environment with growth potential. These positions pay $20.81 per hour and are temp-to-hire .

Typical daily duties:

Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the mill

Sweeping, shoveling, and removing sawdust, chips & debris

Clearing floors, walkways, and work zones around equipment

Following supervisor direction to support safe, continuous operations
What we’re looking for:

Ability to safely perform industrial cleaning using hand tools (brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows)

Reliability — especially for mandatory weekend shifts

Comfort working in a busy sawmill environment
