Position Overview: Local CDL Driver
Our top priority is hiring safe, dependable CDL drivers who take pride in delivering excellent service to the community. As a Garbage Truck Driver / CDL Route Driver, you will operate company vehicles on assigned local routes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a garbage truck on designated residential and/or commercial routes
Collect solid waste, recycling, or yard waste following local regulations
Read and follow route sheets and dispatcher assignments
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including fluids, tires, and safety equipment
Maintain professional and courteous customer interactions
Complete other job-related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Valid Class A or Class B CDL
Clean driving record
Minimum 1 year of local route driving experience
Commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
