The Role

Are you ready to build outstanding culinary experiences? At Fidelity Investments, we seek an ambitious Protein Cook / Saucier to join our prestigious team in Boston, MA. You will be leading our Specialty Dining Program by preparing flawless proteins and sauces, ensuring each meal period is delivered with speed, precision, and consistency. Your expertise will directly impact the quality and perception of our dining experience!

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • GED required; culinary arts or equivalent professional training preferred.
  • Proven hot line experience in fine dining, hotel, or upscale high-capacity settings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in classic sauce work and knowledge of allergens and dietary restrictions.
  • Servsafe Certification preferred or willingness to acquire within 30 days of hire.
  • Strong knowledge of meat, poultry, and fish cookery, including butchering, carving, and service methods.
  • Outstanding knife skills and familiarity with classic cuts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to a fast-paced hospitality setting.
  • High level of discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential guest information. The Team

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
