Location: Maple Grove, MN
Schedule: Full-Time | 100% Onsite
Compensation: $26-$28 per hour, depending on experience
About the Opportunity
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to serve as the face of the organization and create a welcoming experience for employees, customers, vendors, candidates, and visitors. This individual will play a key role in maintaining a polished and efficient office environment while providing administrative support across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, candidates, and employees, delivering professional and welcoming experience for everyone entering the office.
Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in procedures, host communications, incoming calls, mail services, package distribution, and courier coordination.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workplace by overseeing office supplies, kitchens, break rooms, meeting spaces, coffee stations, and common areas.
Coordinate conference room setup, catering, refreshments, technology needs, and food orders for meetings, employee events, and team gatherings.
Partners with external vendors and service providers to support building maintenance, cleaning services, office equipment repairs, wellness programs, and workplace amenities.
Provide administrative support across multiple departments, including scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding activities, preparing business documents, maintaining records, performing data entry, and supporting recruiting logistics.
Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, expense reporting, and meeting logistics while assisting with presentations, reports, and other business materials.
Prepare workstations, equipment, badges, and onboarding materials for new hires while maintaining inventories of employee supplies, branded merchandise, recognition items, and welcome kits.
Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and culture-building activities throughout the organization.
Monitor inventory levels, proactively replenish office and employee supplies, maintain positive vendor relationships, and provide backup administrative support during peak business periods or employee absences.
Qualifications Required
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in office administration, reception, executive support, customer service, or a related administrative role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
